Our Board Directors: Chrissy Cheung, K R Mastine and Judith Macalino.
Chrissy returns as director. She has been on hand to advocate and represent each Painter8 exhibition. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University from 2000.
K R Mastine is an expert in the Motion Picture Industry bringing 30 years of experience to Painter8. Konrad was trained as a photographer and loves supporting the artists whom Painter8 collaborates with.
Mrs. Macalino founded and led a nationally listed manufacturing company for 18 years. A board governance graduate from the University of Alberta, she has served on both for profit and not-for-profit industry boards, bringing leadership and participating in major transformations.
Originally founded in 2013 as an online Painter group where artists shared their work in different regions in Canada that facilitated an art dialogue across the country. Painter8 is now recognized as a BC not-for-profit organization who has made professional group exhibitions in Vancouver, Edmonton, Miami and New York. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the previous Board Directors: Care Dodge, Craig Talbot, Tom Cummins and Tim Rechner for their many years of service and dedication to Painter8 as directors and artists of the group.
